- Fire Safety Plan – Fire Prevention, monthly system testing, extinguisher and hose inspection, fire drills and emergency lighting tests
- Keys and Lock and alarm system administration
- Campus Closures due to inclement weather
- Health and Safety
Grounds Maintenance Operations
- Landscaping, sports turf, turf, horticulture, trees, shrub maintenance
- Minor maintenance and repairs to existing sidewalks, walkways, and roads
- Snow Removal

Physical Plant Work Order/Request for Services should be made by email to: . For emergencies contact Campus Security at (613) 853-5990 after hours. Leave a message with contact information and specific of emergency. During regular business hours and/or non emergencies contact ext. 61485. All requests should be followed up via email for tracking purposes and response.
