4. Levels of Service

4.1 Standard Service

Linen - Changed 2 x week, or every 3 days.

Fresh Towels - Available at Front Desk

Bed - Made up first day and when linen changed.



4.2 Economy Service

Linen - None.

No towels.


5. Volume Discounts on Residence Rooms
, if necessary

Each discount represents 50% of the full rate of any one meeting room and may be applied to the highest room (s) rental booked.

5.1 - 50 or more rooms - 50% discounts on the full rent of a meeting room.

5.2 - 75 or more rooms - an additional 50% discount on the full rent of a meeting room.

5.3 - 100 or more rooms - an additional 50% discount on the full rent of a meeting room.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 A charge for set-up / extra cleaning may be added, where applicable, at the rate of $30.00 per hour.

8.2 A staffing charge of $22 per hour applies for every hour, outside of regular business hours, in a meeting room on Campus.  Regular business hours being Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm.

8.3 Rates and discounts are at the Director's discretion, authority delegated to the Executive Officer.
